The 2020 KTM 250 XC-F is a competitive, race-bred 250cc four-stroke designed for experienced, aggressive riders. Its lightweight chassis, adjustable suspension, and powerful high-rev engine deliver thrilling performance—especially on flowy terrain and race courses. For those seeking bottom-end torque or trail mellow, a more mid-range focused machine might be a better fit. But if you're chasing podiums, this bike is a serious contender in the “Ready to Race” segment.  Clean and ready-to-ride 2020 KTM 250 XC-F finished in KTM orange with factory graphics over a lightweight steel chassis and WP XACT air suspension. Powered by a 249.9cc four-stroke DOHC single paired with a 6-speed transmission, this bike is known for its high-revving character, aggressive handling, and "Ready to Race" performance.

This example features WP XACT 48mm AER front forks and a WP XACT rear shock, both fully adjustable. Braking is handled by Brembo calipers on 260mm front and 220mm rear rotors. The bike retains its original plastics and shows typical signs of off-road use including minor wear on the frame guards and foot pegs.

Weighing in at approximately 220 pounds dry, the XC-F is tuned for cross-country racing but also excels on single-track terrain. This bike comes equipped with electric start, a 2.25-gallon fuel tank, and a hydraulic clutch for consistent feel in technical riding.
